About the Bush Institute Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program
The Bush Institute Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program is a leadership exchange program that engages women from around the world, with an initial focus on women the Middle East. The purpose of the program is to develop leadership skills; to exchange techniques, ideas, and expertise; to provide effective tools which will empower women in the Middle East to be a force for change; and to create a robust and supportive global women’s network. Identified as a key part of the curriculum, the women will learn ways to cascade the leadership skills obtained during the program to other women in their areas of influence - creating a multiplier effect, enlarging the network and increasing their impact.
