About Biz Kid$
Biz Kid$ is a national financial literacy initiative, which includes a successful TV series, outreach activities, free curriculum, website, and monthly newsletter. The cornerstone of the project is the series for public television, where kids teach kids about money and business. Using a mix of strong financial education tools, dynamic sketch comedy, and inspiring true stories of young entrepreneurs, Biz Kid$ is poised for explosive growth. In its third season, Biz Kid$ returns with extensive national carriage already in place, delivering great ratings and a building audience for its classroom materials.
The 44 episodes currently airing are spreading into schools from coast to coast. Each episode has curriculum which is mapped to math, language arts, and social studies education standards in several states. Over 1 million student and teachers have been exposed to the curriculum, which has been implemented in classrooms nationwide.
