Spectrum Brands (NYSE-Listed SPB) visits the NYSE to celebrate the company’s listing and first day of trading on the NYSE under its new ticker symbol “SPB.” The company joins the NYSE as a transfer from the OTC Bulletin Board, following the company’s successful completion of a financial restructuring that strengthened its balance sheet.
