The Specialty Chemicals segment is consisted of Electronic Chemicals, Advanced Organics, Ultra Pure Chemicals (UPC) and Photomasks. The Company's business serves over 3,600 customers. On January 29, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of EaglePicher Technologies, LLC from EaglePicher Corporation.
