The Company's service suite includes customer care, sales support, complex order processing, accounts receivable management, technical and product support, and other industry-specific processes. The Company operates its business within three segments, based on the geographic regions in which its services are rendered: the U.S., Canada and Offshore. As of December 31, 2009, the U.S. segment included the operations of its 13 facilities in the United States; the Canada segment included the operations of its five facilities in Canada, and the Company's Offshore segment included the operations of its facility in Makati City, the Philippines. On February 25, 2009, the Company completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Domain.com.
