Kid Brands, Inc. (KID) Celebrates 25 Years of Trading on the NYSE and New Corporate Name |

Kid Brands, Inc., a leading designer and distributor of infant and juvenile branded products, visits the NYSE to commemorate the company’s 25th anniversary of trading on the NYSE and its recent name change from Russ Berrie and Company to Kid Brands, Inc. In honor of the occasion, CEO and President Bruce G. Crain rings The Closing Bell®.
Accompanying Mr. Crain in the celebration and on the bell podium will be Kid Brands executives and a group of infants and parents. Among them will also be a military couple and their children who, through the charitable organization Kids in Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.) which provides support to a variety of charities including military families through Operation Home Front, have received donations from Kid Brands, Inc.
