AOL to Celebrate Spin-Off from Time Warner and Listing on the NYSE

AOL (NYSE-listed AOL) celebrates its spin-off from Time Warmer (NYSE-listed TWX) and subsequent listing on the NYSE. In honor of the occasion, Tim Armstrong, AOL Chairman & CEO, rings The Opening Bell®.

AOL commences regular-way trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “AOL”, after it began trading on a “when-issued” basis on November 24.
