Its pharmaceutical products have been approved by the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA). The Company sells its products primarily to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and retail outlets at over 100,000 locations in all provinces, including rural areas and cities in China. During the year ended December 31, 2008, AOB marketed over 60 pharmaceutical products in China. On October 18, 2008, the Company acquired Nuo Hua Investment Company Limited. On October 20, 2008, the Company acquired GuangXi HuiKe Pharmaceutical Research and Development Co., Ltd.
