Background:
The NYSE Amex Listed Company Council was created in 2006 to support the operation and other competitive aspects of the former American Stock Exchange equities listing business, and to represent and provide perspective of the overall Amex listed company community. Specifically, the council has evaluated and provided opinion on several matters including: listing fee changes, new products, services, event planning, and marketing material development. The council presently consists of 12 senior executives of NYSE Amex-listed companies.
