During the year ended December 31, 2008, its hotels are operated as Courtyard by Marriott, Candlewood Suites, Staybridge Suites, Residence Inn by Marriott, Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Place, AmeriSuites, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Radisson Hotels & Resorts, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Country Inns & Suites by Carlson, Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts, and SpringHill Suites by Marriott, or Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts. On February 5, 2008, the Company sold its Park Plaza hotel. On June 18, 2008, HPT sold its AmeriSuites hotel. On December 18, 2008, HPT sold its Amerisuites hotel.
