Kite Realty Group Trust operates in two segments: real estate operation and development, and construction and advisory services. In addition to the Company's development and redevelopment pipelines, it has a visible shadow development pipeline, which includes land parcels that are undergoing pre-development activities and are in various stages of preparation for construction to commence, including pre-leasing activity and negotiations for third-party financings.
