In March 2008, the Company acquired Romania-based Baviera S.R.L., a distributor of formwork and scaffolding products in Romania. In February 2008, the Company acquired Northern Ireland-based Buckley Scaffolding. In October 2009, the Company announced the acquisition of Nicol UK Ltd.
