VWD group distributes financial information via various channels such as price information systems, print media, teletext, internet/intranet and telephony.
The Dutch financial daily Het Financieel Dagblad has consulted VWD about the new site it plans to launch at the beginning of April. The site will operate entirely via the systems of the VWD group, and will be integrated into the existing FD site. In addition to the site, the VWD group provides a number of services aimed at enriching the news generated by FD with financial information.
Mr Bresseleers has been director of VWD group Belgium and VWD group Netherlands since 2002, and was recently given responsibility for expanding the group in France. The Dutch-Belgian company is part of the international VWD group, which employs over 400 people, including 45 people in Belgium and the Netherlands.
