After more than 87 years of trading at 86 Trinity Place, The American Stock Exchange sounds its final opening bell on February 27, 2009.
In honor of the occasion, NYSE Euronext Senior Vice President of U.S. Options Ed Boyle rings The Opening BellSM at the NYSE. Simultaneously, James Hyde, Vice President of NYSE Amex Options, rings the final Opening Bell at the American Stock Exchange.
