William Connelly (1958) started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank, where he spent 10 years, principally in Spain. Bill began his ING career with Barings (acquired by ING in 1995), where he held various management positions in the field of corporate finance. He holds a degree in Economics from Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
