Africa Investor and NYSE Euronext partner to bring the AI Index Series Summit to the NYSE on Monday, Sept. 15. The event, which aims to highlight Africa as an investment destination, will feature conference speakers, a press conference and will be concluded by a cocktail reception and dinner that same evening at the NYSE to award 2008 AI Index Series awards winners. The Ai index Series summit part of a major international event linking African and US capital markets, and the Ai Index Series awards to be held on the evening of the 15th September will reward the best performing leaders from Africa's capital market community. The Ai Index Series awards are the foremost African awards that recognize stock markets, listed companies, fund managers, stockbrokers and analysts who follow African equities.
Program
The NYSE program will feature topic experts from leading U.S. investment banks who will discuss topics that include measuring corporate governance and risk in Africa, company and market dynamics, market investability, and the future of African exchanges and investable African securities.
