WNS (Holdings) Limited visits the NYSE to celebrate the company’s acquisition of Aviva Global Services (AGS), the offshore operations of Aviva, as well as a multi-year $1 billion business process outsourcing (BPO) contract with Aviva. As part of the acquisition, WNS will transition over approximately 5,200 AGS employees and five delivery centers across Pune, Bangalore (currently operated by AGS) and Chennai and Colombo (operated by other BPO providers). The contract with Aviva is for an eight year, four month duration wherein WNS will be the long-term strategic BPO services provider to Aviva’s UK, and Canadian businesses.
