Double Hull Tankers, Inc. operates a fleet of double hull tankers. The Company's fleet consists of three very large crude carriers (VLCCs), which are tankers ranging in size from 200,000 to 320,000 deadweight tons and two Suezmax tankers, which are tankers ranging in size from 130,000 to 170,000 deadweight tons. Its fleet principally operates on international routes and had a combined carrying capacity of 1,506,998 deadweight tons and a weighted average age of 7.8 years as of December 31, 2007. The Company acquired seven vessels in its fleet from subsidiaries of Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (OSG). OSG is a bulk-shipping company, which owns and operates a fleet of 156 vessels (including newbuildings on order) that have a combined carrying capacity of 15.4 million deadweight tons and 865,000 cubic meter as of December 31, 2007. On December 4, 2007 and January 28, 2008, the Company acquired two Suezmaxes, the Overseas Newcastle and Overseas London, respectively.
