The Company also offers cosmetics and fragrances. The two segments of the Company are Direct Brands and Partnered Brands. On May 18, 2007, the Company acquired 50% ownership of the entity that owns the rights to the Narciso Rodriguez name and trademarks. In April 2008, the Company completed the sale of substantially all of the assets and liabilities of the Ellen Tracy brand.
