The McDonnell International Scholars Academy (MISA) of Washington University in St. Louis visits the NYSE. In honor of the occasion, Ming Zu, a MISA Scholar from China, WUSTL Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton, academy director James V. Wertsch and 10 students from 10 different countries ring The Opening BellSM. The students are all members of Washington University’s McDonnell International Scholars Academy.

The McDonnell International Scholars Academy
Headquartered at Washington University in St. Louis, the McDonnell Scholars Academy enrolls exceptional international graduate and professional students from partner institutions across all graduate disciplines at the university. The School of Medicine is tied for number four in the nation, and 13 of the departments and programs in medicine are ranked in the top 10.
