Williams Companies, Inc. (Williams) is a natural gas company, which primarily finds, produces, gathers, processes and transports natural gas. Its operations are concentrated in the Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, Gulf Coast, and Eastern Seaboard. The Company operates in four business segments: Exploration & Production, which produces, develops and manages natural gas reserves; Gas Pipeline, which involves Williams' interstate natural gas pipelines and pipeline joint venture investments organized under its wholly owned subsidiary, Williams Gas Pipeline Company, LLC, and Midstream Gas & Liquids, which includes natural gas gathering, treating and processing business. Williams also owns and controls the general partner of Williams Partners L.P., a limited partnership that owns natural gas gathering and processing and storage assets.
