The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is a manufacturer and marketer of skin care, makeup, fragrance and hair care products. Its products are sold in over 135 countries and territories under the brand names, such as Estee Lauder, Aramis, Clinique, Prescriptives, Lab Series, Origins, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Aveda, Jo Malone, Bumble and bumble, Darphin, American Beauty, Flirt!, Good Skin and Grassroots. The Company is also the global licensee for fragrances and cosmetics sold under the Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Michael Kors, Sean John, Missoni, Daisy Fuentes and Tom Ford brand names. In July 2007, the Company acquired Ojon Corporation. In April 2006, it completed the sale of certain assets and operations of its reporting unit that marketed and sold Stila brand products. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007, the Company purchased the remaining minority equity interests in Bumble and Bumble Products, LLC and Bumble and Bumble, LLC.
