NYSE Euronext Teachers Workshop Program
The NYSE Teachers Workshop Program was created in 1988 to provide educators with information and skills to include the stock market across curriculum disciplines. The Graduate Program dates back to 1993 when teachers expressed an interest for an update on current issues. More than 4,000 teachers have attended the program over the 20 year period. This five-day program provides educators with an understanding of the capital-raising process, the NYSE Hybrid Market, technology, listings, regulation and surveillance, corporate governance, derivative products, and support materials and skills for classroom curricula.
