NYSE Equities Mnemonic Request Form

A mnemonic is a unique, three or four-character alpha identifier issued by the Exchange to a member organization for order entry and execution identification purposes. Mnemonics must be obtainedfrom the Exchange by a valid, clearing member organization on behalf of a member organization.

When requesting a mnemonic, please use the   NYSE Equities Mnemonic Request Form and return it to the email address indicated.
