On Wednesday, September 3rd, NYSE MatchPoint will rollout the after-hours matching session using either primary market closing or official last sale prices.
Beginning Monday, September 8th, NYSE MatchPoint will rollout regularly scheduled intra-day matching sessions. The Reference Price will be calculated differently for the intra-day matching sessions. The Reference Price for the intra-day sessions will be the midpoint of the National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) randomly selected during predetermined one-minute pricing periods.
All NYSE members and their sponsored participants are eligible to participate in the matching sessions.
