A Clearly Erroneous Execution (CEE) is defined as an execution at a price, for a quantity of shares, or with a symbol, that is substantially inconsistent with the current trading pattern of the issue.
Beginning Monday, October 5, 2009 – in conjunction with the other U.S. equities markets and pursuant to the NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7.10 – NYSE Arca will change its procedures for requesting a review of clearly erroneous trades. See the following PDF link for the details:

All ‘review requests should be made using 1.) the Submission Form 2.) saved to your desktop with symbol in the file name and then 3.) emailed to NYSE Arca at CEENYSEArca@nyx.com as an attachment.

A web-based electronic facility is being created by the NYSE Euronext technologies team for submission of clearly erroneous filings. The new reporting facility is scheduled to be available for clearly erroneous filings by the end of the year.
