Additional Information:
Once a trade has been executed, broker/dealers can choose to clear trades through one of two processes:

Automated Confirmation Transaction Service^SM(ACT^SM)
Qualified Special Representative (QSR)

To establish clearing via a Qualified Special Representative, self-clearing subscribers may download and complete the

Form 9-B (pdf) themselves. Correspondent firms will need the forms completed by their respective clearing agency.

New subscribers are prohibited from placing any orders into ArcaEdge prior to finalizing their clearing arrangements. Broker/dealers must complete the

Uniform Service Bureau/Executing Broker Agreement (pdf) to trade over-the-counter stocks on the ArcaEdge system.

This agreement introduces the NYSE Bonds application process and contains a checklist for NYSE Bonds subscribers along with an organizational profile.
