MICHAEL S. GELTZEILER

Group Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Michael S. Geltzeiler is Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of NYSE Euronext. He joined NYSE Euronext in June 2008 and is also a member of the Management Committee.  He is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury and investor relations.

NYSE Euronext operates the world’s leading and most liquid exchange group.  Its family of exchanges, located in six countries, includes the New York Stock Exchange, Euronext, Liffe, and NYSE Arca Options.

Mr. Geltzeiler previously had served as President, School & Educational Services for the Reader’s Digest Association and was the organization’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President from 2001 to 2007.  He also served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at ACNielsen Corporation and in a variety of senior finance positions both in the US and abroad for Dun & Bradstreet.

Mr. Geltzeiler currently serves on the boards of the Lerner College of Business and Economics Advisory Board; the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club, NYSE Foundation and the Euronext Supervisory board, as well as an officer for the Fallen Heroes Fund.  He previously served on the public board for ProQuest Company and the Westchester County Association.

Mr. Geltzeiler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Alfred Lerner College at the University of Delaware in 1980 and is a recipient of their prestigious Award of Excellence for professional and community achievement.  He also earned an MBA in Finance from Stern business school at New York University and holds CPA Certification in the State of New York.
