PHILIPPE DURANTON

Mr. Duranton is Group Executive Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources.
Prior to joining NYSE Euronext, Mr. Duranton had been senior vice president of Human Resources for Cognos Inc., a world leader in business intelligence and performance management solutions. From 2003 to 2006, he was executive vice president for Gemplus, a digital security provider.
Prior to these positions, Mr. Duranton served in senior human resources positions at Vivendi Universal TV and Film Group and Thales, a leader in defense, aerospace, security, and services.
