ANDREW T. BRANDMAN
Senior Vice President and Head of Integration and Business Operations
Andrew T. Brandman is Senior Vice President and Head of Integration and Business Operations of NYSE Euronext.
In his role, Mr. Brandman, 38, oversees the execution of our corporate strategy including all aspects of the integration processes and global expense management; Mr. Brandman is also involved in the examination of acquisition alternatives and other business development initiatives in the U.S. and Europe . Mr. Brandman is also a member of the Management Committee.
Prior to joining the Exchange in April 2004, Mr. Brandman was a director at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Infrastructure group where he headed strategic projects such as IT infrastructure outsourcing and cost transparency, and was the technology lead for CSFB’s divestiture of Pershing.
Prior to CSFB, Mr. Brandman was with Banco Santander Central Hispano as Chief of Staff for the Global Fixed Income and Treasury Division. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Brandman held various positions at Union Bank of Switzerland .
Mr. Brandman is a 1991 graduate of Clark University .
