ALICE M. RIVLIN

Dr. Rivlin has been a Director of NYSE Group since December 1, 2005, having served as a director of the NYSE April 2005 to March 7, 2006, the date on which the merger of the NYSE and Archipelago was completed.
Since 1999, Dr. Rivlin, 76, has been a senior fellow in the Economic Studies program at the Brookings Institution and is visiting professor at the Public Policy Institute of Georgetown University. She is the founding director of the Congressional Budget Office and a former vice chair of the Federal Reserve Board.
Dr. Rivlin also served as Director of the White House Office of Management and Budget.
