DOMINIQUE HOENN
BOARD OF DIRECTORS, NYSE EURONEXT
Mr. Hoenn, age 69, has served as a director of NYSE Euronext and its predecessors since 2000 and continues to serve as vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Euronext N.V. He retired from BNP Paribas as of January 1, 2009 . He is a member of the Collège de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF France) and of the Collège de la Commission Bancaire. He is also a non-executive director of Clearstream International S.A. Luxembourg. He was formerly chairman of the supervisory board of Klépierre S.A. (France), and a member of the boards of Vivendi Universal (France) and LCH.Clearnet Group (United Kingdom ).
