NYSE Arca Begins Listing and Trading of Options with Quarterly Expirations
NYSE Arca in July initiated the listing and trading of quarterly options in the following five exchange-traded funds: Diamonds Trust Series (DIA), Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLE), iShares Russell 200 Index Fund (IWM), Nasdaq 100 Trust (QQQQ) and Standard & Poors Depositary Receipts (SPY).

Under a one-year pilot program, these options will trade with quarterly expiration dates in March, June, September and December, expiring on the last business day of each respective month.
