Executives, team members and guests of Houston, Texas-based Era Group Inc., a leading helicopter operator, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the successful completion of the company’s recent spin-off from SEACOR (NYSE: CKH).  Era Group Inc. began trading on the NYSE as an independent public company on February 1, 2013 under the ticker symbol "ERA".
 
In honor of the occasion, Chief Executive Officer Sten L. Gustafson will ring the NYSE Opening Bell®.
