Wednesday, August 1 executives and guests of
Vringo, a provider of software platforms for mobile social and video applications, will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the company’s recent merger with Innovate/Protect, a company that seeks to maximize the value of intellectual property and technology assets. The
combined entity trades on NYSE MKT under the symbol “VRNG”.
In honor of the occasion, CEO Andrew Perlman, joined by members of the company’s leadership team, will ring the NYSE Opening Bell.
