Wednesday, August 1, executives and employees of NiSource, Inc. will visit the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate the company’s 50
th anniversary of listing. NiSource, Inc. began trading on the NYSE on December 19, 1962. NiSource also is celebrating the 100
th anniversary of NIPSCO, one of NiSource, Inc.’s natural gas and electric distribution companies.
To mark this occasion, Robert C. Skaggs Jr., President and CEO of NiSource Inc., will ring The Closing Bell.
