MarkeTrac Live

The NYSE MarkeTrac Live Studio is the New York Stock Exchange's sophisticated on-site broadcast facility. Dynamic virtual studio technology enables broadcasters to transport viewers to the NYSE trading floor with interactive, real-time data including stock quotes, order flow, indexes and other market related information. MarkeTrac Live adds value to financial broadcasts using high-end graphics to support financial reports and illustrates the movements and daily activity of the Exchange trading floor. The Studio provides clients with a team of broadcast professionals employing the latest in computer graphic technology. This allows audiences unrivaled access to market information in a way not previously possible.

About NYSE MarkeTrac Studio

- Since its launch in 2001 The Studio has attracted financial broadcasters from around the world and is used as one of the primary interview locations for visiting dignitaries and VIPs.

- The MarkeTrac studio is located on-site at the NYSE and in addition to the two in-studio cameras has access to 16 camera positions covering much of the live trading floor. This allows viewers to see the entire market highlighting the Exchange's unparalleled liquidity and extensive information resources.

- Through a link from NYSE Floor Operations, reporters broadcasting from the MarkeTrac Studio have instant real time information about the stocks they are covering. What happens on the floor happens in the MarkeTrac Live.

- The Studio feeds are available through NYSE MCR via Waterfront fiber transmission or recorded on beta tape for editing and later use. Third party facilities for web encoding are located near by or can be accessed via fiber.

- Features of the MarkeTrac Studio include: live price and change information on all NYSE listed stocks; major index displays including the Dow, S&P, and all NYSE indexes; NYSE OpenBook® ; NYSE order activity information; display of remote incoming video feeds; tape roll ins; and dual branding opportunities.

- The virtual set allows broadcasters a variety of different, customizable backgrounds and locations. From a 2 person anchor desk, studio interview set, and the interactive trading floor the Studio gives reporters the tools through which they can share the latest market information in a dynamic, engaging manner.
