In March 2013, it completed the sale of the former Goodrich Corporation pump and engine control systems business to Triumph Group, Inc. In May 2013, the Company announced that it has completed the divestiture of its Pratt & Whitney Power Systems unit to Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd (MHI). |
