| Tongjitang Chinese Medicines Company (Tongjitang) is a specialty pharmaceutical company focusing on the development, manufacturing and marketing of modernized traditional Chinese medicine. Its product portfolio consists primarily of Xianling Gubao and three other China State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA)-approved modernized traditional Chinese medicines designed to address large market opportunities. Its product development pipeline includes potential uses of its products for additional medical indications and a number of new product candidates that are intended to address medical needs in China, primarily in the therapeutic areas of women's health, mental health and dermatology.
