| Columbia Large-Cap Growth Equity Strategy Fund (the Fund), formerly RP Focused Large Cap Growth ETF, is a non-diversified fund. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies. The Fund considers companies with market capitalizations in excess of $5 billion to be large capitalization companies. It expects to invest across a broad spectrum of industries. It expects to invest primarily in the securities of United States companies, and may also invest in United States securities tied economically to foreign investments, such as American Depositary Receipts. . It invests in various sectors, such as information technology, industrials, healthcare, energy, financials, consumer staples, financials, materials and consumer discretionary.
