| Grail American Beacon Large Cap Value ETF (The Fund) is an United States-based fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation and current income. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by outperforming its benchmark. The Fund would make equity investments in companies that issue stocks included in the Russell 1000 Index, a United States-based stock index, and in companies with similar market capitalizations. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in investments tied economically to the United States. The Fund generally will seek to be fully invested and normally will not take temporary defensive positions through investment in cash and other high quality investments. The Fund may lend its portfolio securities. In connection with such loans, the Fund will receive liquid collateral equal to at least 102% of the value of the portfolio securities being lent.
