| Neenah Paper, Inc. (Neenah) is a producer of technical products and premium fine papers. The Company has two segments: technical products business and fine paper business. Its technical products business is an international producer of transportation and other filter media; durable, saturated and coated base papers for a variety of end uses and nonwoven wall coverings. Its fine paper business is a producer of premium writing, text, cover and specialty papers used in corporate identity packages, corporate annual reports, invitations, personal stationery, labels and high-end packaging for point of purchase advertising. In March 2010, the Company sold approximately 475,000 acres of woodland assets in Nova Scotia to Northern Pulp Nova Scotia Corporation. In October 2010, the Company sold the remaining assets of the Ripon Mill to Diamond Pet Food Processors of Ripon, LLC. |
