Guggenheim S&P Global Dividend Opportunities Index ETF

Company Description
Wilshire US REIT ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance of an equity index called the Wilshire US Real Estate Investment Trust Index (the Index). The Fund, using a passive or indexing investment approach, will seek to replicate the performance of the Index. The Index is a rules-based index consisting of securities of companies of all categories of market capitalizations as defined by Wilshire Associates Incorporated (the Index Provider). The Index consists primarily of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and is derived from the Wilshire 5000 Total Market Index. The Index is designed to serve as a proxy for direct real estate investment by institutions. The Index is weighted by float-adjusted market capitalization. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities that comprise the Index. Its investment adviser is Claymore Advisors, LLC. The Fund's sub-adviser is Guggenheim Partners Asset Management, LLC.
