In February 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of Beijing Jactus Ruanbo Software and Technology Co., Ltd. (Jactus). In January 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Giantstone Information & Technology Ltd. (Giantstone), a core banking solution provider in China. |
