| KBR, Inc. (KBR) is an engineering, construction and services company supporting the energy, petrochemicals, government services and civil infrastructure sectors. The Company operates in six business units: Government and Infrastructure, Upstream, Services, Downstream, Technology and Ventures. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company announced the reorganization of its operations into six business units. Prior to the reorganization, the business activities included in the Upstream, Services, Downstream and Technology business units had previously been reported as part of the Energy and Chemicals segment. KBR provide services to a diverse customer base, including international and national oil and gas companies, independent refiners, petrochemical producers, fertilizer producers, and domestic and foreign governments. On April 5, 2007, Halliburton Company completed the separation of KBR. In April 2008, KBR acquired Turnaround Group of Texas, Inc. and Catalyst Interactive. |
