| FaithShares Baptist Values Fund (the Fund) seeks to track the performance of the FaithShares Baptist Values Index (the Index), a custom index developed by FTSE KLD Indexes. The Fund employs a passive management investment strategy designed to track the total return performance of the Index. The Index is designed to measure the performance of the United States large-capitalization companies that are in accordance with the guidelines for social screening recommended by various Baptist denominations (the Baptist Guidelines). The United States large-capitalization companies are considered to be the 400 largest market capitalization United States companies among industries, such as basic materials, consumer goods, consumer services, financials, healthcare, industrials, oil and gas, technology, telecommunications and utilities. The Fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Fund's investment advisor is FaithShares Advisors, LLC. |
