On December 9, 2010, the Company, through Generation, acquired Exelon Wind, LLC (Exelon Wind), formerly John Deere Renewables, LLC, which is an operator and developer of wind power. Generation acquired 735 megawatts of installed, operating wind capacity located in eight states. In September 2011, the Company acquired Antelope Valley Solar Ranch One. |
