| Central Pacific Financial Corp. is a bank holding company that, through its banking subsidiary, Central Pacific Bank, offers full service commercial banking in the state of Hawaii. Through its bank and its subsidiaries, the Company offers full-service commercial banking with 38 bank branches and more than 95 ATMs located throughout the state of Hawaii. Central Pacific Financial's administrative and main offices are located in Honolulu and it has a total of 32 branches on the island of Oahu. In addition, the Company operates three branches on the island of Maui, one branch on the island of Kauai and two branches on the island of Hawaii. Central Pacific Financial also has four loan production offices serving customers in California. In October 2007, Central Pacific Financial closed its two loan production offices in the state of Washington. |
