| Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste SAB de CV (ASUR) is a Mexican airport operator with concessions to operate and administrate the airports of Cancun, Cozumel, Huatulco, Merida, Minatitlan, Oaxaca, Tapachula, Veracruz and Villahermosa, located in the southeast of Mexico. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it served approximately 15.5 million passengers. Through its subsidiary Caribbean Logistics SA de CV, the Company offers cargo services that are centered on the Cancun International Airport. In addition, the Company is engaged in renting commercial space to restaurants and other business. As of December 31, 2010, 13 Mexican and 73 international airlines, including the United States-based airlines, such as American Airlines and Continental Airlines, were operating directly or through code-sharing arrangements in the Company's airports. |
